ULTRAKOTE L5 is a light-weight, water-based, acrylic, high build, tintable, leveler and finish plaster. It can be knife, trowel, sprayed or roller applied. Uses: Use Ultrakote L5 as a finish or over existing painted textured surfaces and new construction. ULTRAKOTE 1 CONCENTRATE is a proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, fiber and proprietary additives. Is a factory blended and packaged in paper bags delivered to jobsites. Uses: Ultrakote 1 Concentrate is recommended for either commercial or residential projects requiring either One Coat or Scratch & Brown stucco applications. Just mix with water.	Product Data	SDS

SKIMKOTE is a polymer modified cement base coat and surface leveler. Uses: Skimkote is a high-build cementitious coating for direct application over EPS, stucco, gypsum sheathing, CMU, AAC, rastra and approved ICF systems. FOAM-KOTE is a cement, silica sand and 100% acrylic polymer based material that is used as an EPS insulation board adhesive and / or a base coat. Uses: Foam-kote is primarily used as a base coat to embed reinforcing mesh, as well as adhering EPS insulation board to approved substrates. Foam-kote can be used as an adhesive over Dens Glass Gold (ASTM C1177); water resistant core gypsum sheathing (ASTM C1396). PARAKOTE is a cementitious plymer modified coating developed specifically as a waterproof secondary all weather moisture and air barrier. Use with Ultrakote 4" Transition Mesh on all board joints and transitions to maintain a continuous barrier. Uses: Parakote is a cementitious waterproofing material designed for use over approved substrates such as Dens Glass Gold (ASTM C1711), weather resistant core gypsum sheathing (ASTM C1936), concrete, masonry, stucco and other approved substrates. REINFORCING MESH is a specially woven glass fiber reinforcing mesh that meets ASTM E 2098 for alkali resistances. It is designed to be used with Ultrakote base coats to provide impact resistances and strength. Uses: Reinforcing Mesh is primarily used with Ultrakote polymer modified base coats in accordance with EIFS specifications. It can also be used to integrate EPS shapes and over stucco in restoration projects to help resist cracking.	Product Data

Ultra-flex XP utilizes new resin technology to provide enhanced color retention and coating flexibility to greatly improve performance over myriad of substrates. Ultra-flex xp is specially designed for use over Ultrakote One Coat and Premix stucco basecoats. Refer to the One Coat specification for more information. All Ultrakote finishes contain additives to resist mildew, algae and fungus. DURATEX is a premium, integrally colored acrylic based textured finish coating to be used over a myriad of base coats including Ultrakote’s One Coat and Pre Mix stucco products, (refer to the One Coat Specification for more information). Duratex is a ready mixed aggregated finish material available in multiple color and textures. All Ultrakote’s finishes contain additives to resist mildew, algae and fungus. Uses: Duratex may be used either on the interior or the exterior, over cementitious or non-cementitious base coats, prepared concrete or masonry, prepared drywall, prepared painted surfaces or EIFS synthetic stucco systems. SAND FINISH is a proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, hydrated lime, silica and / or marble sand and proprietary additives. Sand Finish is available in #16 and #20 sand size. STRETCHKOTE is a premium, integrally colored elastomeric based decorative and protective coating that provides excellent crack bridging qualities. Stretchkote is available in multiple colors. All Ultrakote’s finishes and coatings contain additives to resist mildew, algae and fungus. Uses: Stretchkote is an exterior elastomeric paint with high elongation properties for bridging cracks in masonry, concrete, stucco or synthetic substrates. SHURGARD RA is an elastomeric all weather secondary moisture / air barrier that is either rolled or sprayed over approved substrates. SHURGARD RA complies with ICC-ES criteria for water resistive coatings (AC212). Uses: Shurgard RA can be applied over a wide variety of substrates such as exterior grade gypsum sheathing, cement board and OSB. ULTRAPRIME is an acrylic based protective primer used over base coats, like Ultrakote’s One Coat System, Shurkote WB, Shurkote DB and drywall surfaces prior to application of finish coat. Uses: Ultraprime is an exterior acrylic primer designed for use over high pH surfaces such as stucco, prepared masonry or concrete and has excellent adhesion to primed metal and wood surfaces. STUCCO CONDITIONER is an efflorescence preventative blocker which may also be used as a penetrating hardener and pH neutralizer. May also be used as a primer for acrylic and elastomeric finishes and other synthetic stucco. Stucco Conditioner will harden and restore soft stucco and other cementitious materials. Uses: Stucco Conditioner is designed for use over high pH cementitious surfaces such as stucco, masonry or concrete. Stucco Conditioner can also be used over existing painted stucco and masonry to help harden or tighten the surface. Stucco Conditioner will increase coverage of top coats and perform well in geographic regions where freeze / thaw occurs.	Product Data	MSDS

ULTRAKOTE ADMIX is a concentrated water-borne acrylic polymer additive for use with cementitious material. Uses: Ultrakote Admix, when diluted, is added to cementitious materials to reduce cracking and shrinkage while improving tensile, flexural and compressive strength. When added to cementitious material, Ultrakote Admix will produce a polymer modified cement that will increase freeze / thaw stability.	Product Data	MSDS
ACRYLIC BONDER is waterborne acrylic bonding agent applied over cementitious or painted surfaces to improve adhesion. Acrylic Bonder promotes a strong bond, but also improves the curing, long term durability and resistance of the finished product. Uses: Ultrakote Acrylic Bonder is applied over masonry or painted surfaces to improve adhesion or acrylic or cementitious coatings. Ultrakote Acrylic Bonder evens surface absorption, allowing a uniform overlay. Ultrakote Acrylic Bonder may also be used to increase bond strength between cementitious products.	Product Data	MSDS
