System Descriptions

  • Ultrakote One:
    Ultrakote One stucco system is applied at 3/8" to1/2" thick which makes it ideal for a variety of substrates when the design criterion is flexibility and durability is mandatory. With the myriad of finish coats available this system is cost effective for the contractor, meets the design needs of the Architect, and is virtually maintenance free for the owner.

  • Ultrakote (insulated):
    When energy conservation is a prime factor in selecting the exterior coating “Ulrakote One Insulated System” is the system of choice. This 3/8" to 1/2" thick system has all the desirable features of the traditional UltraKote One system plus the energy savings with the addition of the 1 1/2" thick tongue and grove EPS foam insulation.

  • Ultrakote WM EIFS:
    The Ultrakote WM (water managed) is designed to channel any incidental moisture, should it ever occur, away from the wall cavity. The primary difference from the PB system is the application of a secondary moisture barrier and channels for moisture drainage. The WM system still offers the design professional all the desirable features of flexibility, lightweight, and high insulation values.

  • Ultrakote 3:
    Ultrakote 3 is the traditional 3/4” to 7/8” thick hard coat stucco system has been time tested and proven effective. The 3 coat system offers a high impact resistance when the need presents itself and still maintains all the benefits of the of design flexibility and color selection.

  • Ultrakote WM-RA EIFS:
    The Ultrakote WM-RA (water managed - roller applied) is designed to channel any incidental moisture, should it ever occur, away from the wall cavity. The primary difference from the WM system is the use of the roller applied secondary moisture barrier Shergard RA to the sheathing. In addition, the system is adhesively applied with vertical bands of adhesive base coat, eliminating mechanical attachment and promoting drainage. The WM-RA system offers the design professional all the desirable features of flexibility, lightweight, and high insulation values.
